medium	Koroneiki	500 ml bottle
A single cultivar oil – 100% Koroneiki. Aromas of freshly cut meadow and a hint of parsley and rocket. Tomato, apple and tropical fruits (mango in particular) are there in the taste. A sweetness at the front of the tongue with little bitterness but a slight pungency which lingers to produce a sensation of complexity. This is delightful drizzled over fish or vegetables and, not surprisingly, as a dip with freshly baked bread.

An sumptuous blend of Frantoio, Piqual, Barnea and Leccino. Aromas of stone fruit (peaches), vanilla and banana. On the tongue there is a hint of red apple and coriander with a slight parsley bitterness and chilli pungency to finish. Would work well in tapenades, drizzled on chicken, through pasta or as a dip with freshly baked bread.

A limited edition oil which has created aromas of mint and lime with some floral notes. Taste of creamed broadbeans and other vegetables with a nutty finish. Balanced and complex. A robust oil. Use in a broadbean smash to accompany fish or chicken, add to pasta or mashed potatoes or dunk some bread.

A delightful blend of Piqual, Leccino and Frantoio. A much greener aroma with rocket, artichoke, cut grass and green apple. This is backed up with tastes of green tomato, endive and brassica with an herbaceous bitterness and a pleasantly lingering pungency. Useful with dark stronger meats, salads or again as a dip with freshly baked bread.
