Lusatori is a single estate olive grove located in
the midst of the Marlborough wine growing region of
New Zealand.

The same conditions that produce the famed Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir produce outstanding Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Production from the 2400 tree grove is intentionally limited to a maximum of 4000 litres to guarantee quality.

The grove is currently certified BioGro C1 In Conversion. In line with the philosophy, the owners of Lusatori are active members of the Marlborough convivium of the Slow Food Movement.
