Production from the 2400 tree grove is intentionally limited to a maximum of 5000 litres to guarantee quality and exclusivity to the genuine olive oil aficionado.
Although not yet certified, the grove is managed following organic principles. In line with the philosophy, the owners of Lusatori are active members of the Marlborough convivium of the Slow Food Movement.
